Machine is operated by Sinumerik 840D (Siemens) which controls two coordinates: X axis – wheelhead movement, Z axis – movement of table with workpiece.

Models 3М193F2 - 3М198F2 - are high-accuracy circular grinding machines intended for semiautomatic grinding. 

Control of wheelhead movement and movement of table with workpiece is made by two-axis machine control unit. Manual cross feed of grinding wheel and manual table movement are made from “electric flywheels”. .
Machines are equipped with operator’s panel for digital indication of cross feed rates of grinding wheel and table movement.

Infinitely variable control of product rotation frequency, speed of cross and longitudinal feeds enables to make grinding in optimum modes. Rolling screw-motion drive in feed unit guarantees high accuracy of wheelhead movement despite appeared external loads on wheelhead.

Machines are equipped with AC induction motors with variable-frequency converters and command controller.
